Staying in a superior room at the back of the property was heavenly. The room was spacious with an oversized desk, a convenient coffee station, a cozy seating area, a great AC unit, a new bed with fresh bedding, a handy refrigerator, a large wardrobe, numerous electrical outlets, and a big bathroom. The location in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region is nice, being close to most facilities and the Adum business area. However, the restaurant experience was awful, leaving me feeling alone in Kumasi.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean and tidy rooms, although the carpets were not the cleanest. The service was welcoming, but there were some issues with reservations and noise levels. The location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers, and the dining experience offers a variety of options but can get crowded. The facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay, though some areas may need improvement.

During my stay at the hotel, I found the room to have a very strong camphor smell which made it hard to sleep, although the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no complimentary breakfast available.

Rooms

The room had a very strong camphor smell from 10:30 pm till 2:30 am that made it hard to sleep. The only highlight was the comfortable bed.

I felt the hotel was situated in a beautiful area with lush tropical gardens at the heart of historic Ashanti Regional. The service was top-notch with friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. The dining experience offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were well-maintained overall.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in, although in an older part of the hotel, provided a cozy ambiance with a balcony overlooking the scenic surroundings. However, it could benefit from a refurbishment.
Service
9.0
The staff at the hotel were very friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me with contacting local services. However, there were instances where conversations were held in a language I didn't understand, leading to some confusion.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location in the historic Ashanti Regional area offered me wonderful morning walks under the canopy of well-established greenery. Despite the language barrier at the reception, the area was nice and in close proximity to Golden Tulip in Kumasi City.
Dining

The dining experience was fantastic, offering a buffet with a wide selection of dishes. The live band added an extra touch to the ambiance. It was the only place we dined at during our stay and provided a taste of traditional cuisine.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
